We have all the space, staff, equipment and facilities (including 1000Mbs Ultrafast Broadband) you may need to run a meeting smoothly, including flipcharts, HD projectors, portable projector screens and speakers.
Talton House
Each room at Talton House is suited to corporate groups looking to both hold meetings and relax. The furniture within each room can be rearranged for your event’s purpose, and we’re happy to offer a single room to hire if that’s all you need.

Marquee on the Lawn
If you need another large meeting area for up to 60 (inside) cabaret style, apart from the giant tipi, we have this 9m x 6m canvas marquee which we can erect on the lawn in front of the House. It has optional sides, optional matting, a diesel heater and has been used for presentations to large groups, dining space, yoga, or large group conversations
Talton Lodge Barn
Downstairs in the Barn is a great single room meeting space as it is divided into zones already. You can fit 16 around the table, 8- 12 around the fire, and there's a kitchen for breaks and a bar for serving breakfast lunch or tea. There is a good amplifier and speakers and an HD projector and you can project on to many of the cream walls.
The giant hat Tipi
From May to September the 2 giant tipis in the Kitchen Garden can seat up to 90 dining, or 120 theatre style. We can set up projectors and speakers here, but the Wifi doesn't reach out here. In April and October there is just one tipi, taking down the capacity to 32 dining, or 50 theatre. Adjacent , there is a covered outdoor break out area around the pavilion bar, and an indoor break out area in the large yurt.
And if you’re looking for entertainment, our guests are welcome to make use of our lawn games, games room and astro-turf tennis courts not o mention the natural swimming pool. We also provide on-site offerings such as canoeing, archery and treasure hunts, plus business-specific activities from trusted external providers.

Business Event Catering
We offer three flexible catering options for your corporate events. When we cook for you, we make sure it’s nothing short of exceptional.

Option 1 – Full-board catered. We’ll provide you with breakfast, lunch and dinner freshly cooked on-site, plus snacks and nibbles.

Option 2 – Flexibly catered. You can choose one meal a day for us to cook, and we’ll leave the rest to you.

Option 3 – Self-catered. Please feel free to bring all your own food and make use of the on-site kitchen in Talton House.
